Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: As COVID-19 has spread and precautions have been put in place, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual and our selection of items may be temporarily unavailable. This has been especially noticed with our CPAP Supplies. Please know that we are working diligently with our suppliers to fill backorders as soon as possible and ask for patience during this busy time. We appreciate your business!

Orders will ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST unless otherwise noted on the site. Shipping options may vary depending on the number of items in your cart, the type of items in your cart, or the order subtotal. Rotech Healthcare Inc. reserves the right to choose the appropriate carriers based upon our discretion of the order, the contents and the needs of the customer. Rotech Healthcare Inc. cannot ship to any P.O. Box address.

Standard Shipping Rate

A fee of $7.95 will be charged to any regularly stocked item order that is less than $35. An order that is $35 or more will ship out for FREE. This does not include items over 35 lbs. or special order drop-ship items which will be marked on the product landing page.

Delivery Times

If orders are placed before 2:00 PM EST, they will ship the same day. Delivery times are expected, not guaranteed. Typically, delivery time is 6 - 9 business days depending on the delivery destination of the order. Weather delays, shipping holidays and other circumstances may impact delivery time. An order tracking number will be provided through a confirmation email after the order has been completed and processed.

Rotech Healthcare Inc. will not replace or credit any missing item unless notified within 15 days of receipt of your package. Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival. If something is missing in your order, please contact our Customer Service at (833) 825-0672.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available. Please select choice at checkout if you need 2-day or next-day shipping. Expedited shipping will incur additional expense which is listed on the selection. Please note that weekend delivery depends on the local carrier and is not guaranteed. Also, note that shipping holidays will be observed.

Special Notes:

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
  • Rotech Healthcare Inc. does not currently ship to any geography outside of the United States of America.
  • Stock and availability of products may change with or without notice.
  • For sensitive orders, please make sure to reach out to our Customer Service team at (833) 825-0672 so that we can guarantee stock status and availability.

Return Policy

Your shopping experience is our top priority. We want your experience with Rotech Healthcare Inc. to exceed your expectations on all fronts. However, we realize that sometimes you may need to return an item. If you do need to return a product that has not been used, please review the policy details below to return a product to Signifier Medical Technologies Ltd.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the eXciteOSA® therapy, you may return it to Signifier Medical Technologies Ltd. for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fees. All Satisfaction Guarantee returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the activation date. All returned items must be in original packaging.

Warranty

Signifier Medical Technologies Ltd. provides a warranty to the original purchaser confirming the product will be free from defects
in the material, components and workmanship for a period of 3 months for the Mouthpiece and 1 year (Control Unit only) from
the date of purchase. For valid warranty claims, the user may return, after authorization, to their eXciteOSA® contact or to Signifier
Medical Technologies. eXciteOSA® warranty does not include any misuse or abuse such as dropping or immersing the Control Unit
in water or other liquid substance or tampering with the unit or normal wear and tear. Any evidence of tampering will void the
warranty. This warranty does not apply to “wear and tear” that would occur with usage.

Refunds and Credits

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund (guarantee) or exchange (warranty).

  • Please allow at least 7 working days to process the return from receipt of your item.
  • Refunds or credits may take 30 days to appear on your account statement.
  • We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • The return is subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping.

Exceptions

  • The items that fall outside the warranty period, cannot be returned [or exchanged].
  • The items that have evidence of tampering, cannot be returned [or exchanged].
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact Signifier Medical Technologies Ltd. customer support via support@signifiermedical.com.

Return Process

Step 1:

To return or exchange an item, please email or call customer support at support@signifiermedical.com or 1-844-MildOSA to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please state whether you are requesting a satisfaction guarantee refund or a warranty exchange for the product.

Step 2:

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

For warranty claims, please use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your replacement package to return the defective eXciteOSA®.
